In January 2020, moved Fritzøe Engros into its new 4,000 m2 facility, which consists of a new head office and warehouse on Øya in Larvik. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years and has increased by over 20% in the last seven years. The new building in Larvik is designed with the future and further growth in mind for the traditional company.

Building for the future
Fritzøe Engros is today Norway's leading supplier to building material retailers and the woodworking industry. With offices in Larvik, as well as warehouses in Drammen and Åndalsnes, the company has also increased its number of employees in recent years. Today, the company has over 60 employees, and with a goal of a turnover of over one billion in 2020, as well as a constant focus on new business opportunities and development, you will probably see Fritzøe Engros grow further in the future.
Solar cells on the roof
With the new warehouse in place, the company increases its total property on Øya to 17,000 m2. Most of it is used by the company itself, with the exception of the old office space that will now be rented out. New office space of 1,000 m2 will be found on top of the new building, which extends seven meters in height. Most of the building is built in steel and plates, while the office part is built in accoya, which is a type of modified pine. When the building is completed, Fritzøe Engros have invested 70 million kroner and have made every effort to achieve their future goals. The environment and energy consumption at the new main warehouse have of course also been taken into account in the construction process, and solar cells have been installed on the roof to charge the company's electric forklifts.
