Fritzøe Engros AS has entered into an agreement to purchase Hardstuff AS at Nesbru. Hardstuff had a turnover of approx. 65MNOK in 2020, and is the market leader in composite terrace flooring (Fiberon). They also have an exciting portfolio consisting of both Bamboo (Moso) and Abet facade panels. The takeover of the company will take place on January 4, 2021
In July 2021, a few months after the acquisition, Hardstuff was merged into as part of Fritzøe Engros AS .
